Abstract
⺠Intact olives collected in two different years were analyzed by NIR spectroscopy. ⺠Accurate prediction models were obtained for oil and moisture contents. ⺠Good calibrations were obtained for some interesting physical parameters. ⺠Predictive models were not transferable from 1 year to the next. ⺠Quality control in olive industry and breeding programs could be improved by NIRS.
