Abstract
⺠Far-infrared radiation pasteurization equipment was developed for liquid food. ⺠The pasteurization effect was verified using experiment results. ⺠A mathematical model for FIR liquid food pasteurization was developed. ⺠The model showed that it is possible to sterilize at low temperatures with this equipment.
