Abstract
► Far-infrared radiation pasteurization equipment was developed for liquid food. ► The pasteurization effect was verified using experiment results. ► A mathematical model for FIR liquid food pasteurization was developed. ► The model showed that it is possible to sterilize at low temperatures with this equipment.
