Abstract
⺠The microwave and ohmic combination heater was designed and fabricated. ⺠Heating patterns of liquid-particle mixtures were explored under different heating modes. ⺠The combination heating technique was able to perform uniform heating and enhance energy efficiency for particulate foods.
