Abstract
⺠USDA's sr24 is the primary database used by several nutrient analyses software. ⺠Random errors in nutrient analyses stem from selection process. ⺠System errors are computational errors due to measurements variations. ⺠Application of neural network protocols was used to characterize errors. ⺠Practical solution to database query and optimization of methodological variations.
