Abstract
⺠An on-line system based on digital signal processing (DSP) was developed for eggshell crack detection. ⺠Different effects on the frequencies response signals were investigated. ⺠A simple and robust calibration model was built to meet speed requirement of on-line measurement. ⺠Identification rate of testing eggs was 98.01%.
