Abstract
⺠Oil addition during drying resulted in higher impregnation vs. addition before or after drying. ⺠Dynamic flow process was superior to static process in terms of lipid content of the aerogels. ⺠Pressure, but not temperature, had a significant effect on oil impregnation efficiency. ⺠SCCO2 impregnation shows potential for novel bioactive lipid delivery vehicles.
