Abstract
⺠A concentration process coupled to the recovery of aroma compounds is proposed. ⺠Simultaneous osmotic distillation (OD) and vacuum membrane distillation (VMD). ⺠Two hollow fiber contactors perform simultaneous OD and VMD processes. ⺠It is aimed to overcome loss of aroma compounds problem during the OD process. ⺠Average of 75% recovery in aroma compounds is achieved.
