Abstract
⺠Tocopherol extraction kinetics was represented by nonlinear models. ⺠For comparison, oil extraction kinetics was evaluated. ⺠The statistical parameter comparison was used to evaluate the temperature dependence. ⺠At the initial stage (washing) only oil extraction kinetics was temperature dependent. ⺠Models also allowed us to estimate effective diffusion coefficients of mass transfer.
