Abstract
► Tocopherol extraction kinetics was represented by nonlinear models. ► For comparison, oil extraction kinetics was evaluated. ► The statistical parameter comparison was used to evaluate the temperature dependence. ► At the initial stage (washing) only oil extraction kinetics was temperature dependent. ► Models also allowed us to estimate effective diffusion coefficients of mass transfer.
