Abstract
⺠Pequi is a typical fruit from Brazil with high level of polyphenols and carotenoids. ⺠The extractions conditions were studied to recover bioactive compounds from fruit. ⺠Aqueous and alcoholic extracts of pequi with high antioxidant activity were obtained. ⺠Pequi extracts was subjected to nanofiltration process for concentration. ⺠Nanofiltration showed efficiency to concentrate the pequi aqueous extract.
