Abstract
► Protopanaxatriol, protopanaxadiol, and malonyl ginsenosides were separated. ► Malonyl-ginsenosides were extracted by ultrasonic-assisted extraction at 40 °C. ► The adsorption on HPD300 resins was found to fit the Langmuir model well. ► The adsorption kinetic was fitted to the pseudo-first-order adsorption model.
