Abstract
⺠Gelatin films were manufactured by twin-screw co-rotating extrusion. ⺠Effects of extrusion parameters on the properties of the films were studied. ⺠Higher screw speed influenced water permeability and solubility of gelatin films. ⺠Higher temperature profile resulted in films possessing higher puncture strengths. ⺠Further research is required to improve film formulation and properties.
