Abstract
► This paper extend fractal model to semolina's wet agglomeration carried out with several binders. ► Fractal dimension remains stable whatever the liquid characteristic speed and drop diameter. ► The nuclei association pattern is the same whatever the binder. ► The nuclei median diameter remains stable whatever the binder (around 550 μm). ► The nuclei solid volume fraction decreases as the liquid characteristic speed increases.
