Abstract
												⺠Gas transport in perforation-mediated polymeric MAP of strawberries was modelled. ⺠Randomly packaged strawberries were modelled as a porous medium. ⺠The derived problem was solved for the headspace in a 2-D arrangement. ⺠CO2 transport through continuous packaging and micro-perforations is comparable.
