Abstract
⺠Basic assumption of our study was that milk fat is key indicator of milk quality. ⺠We achieved correlations between fat content and electrical parameters of milk. ⺠The highest correlations were achieved between fat content and Cp values of milk. ⺠Correlations obtained were described with the equation type of: y = ax ± b. ⺠These equations enable to asses milk fat content using milk electrical parameters.
