Abstract
► Basic assumption of our study was that milk fat is key indicator of milk quality. ► We achieved correlations between fat content and electrical parameters of milk. ► The highest correlations were achieved between fat content and Cp values of milk. ► Correlations obtained were described with the equation type of: y = ax ± b. ► These equations enable to asses milk fat content using milk electrical parameters.
