Abstract
⺠Impact of fluid bed drying on viability of Enterococcus faecium M74 was investigated. ⺠Atomizing air pressure, process time and temperature affected the cell viability. ⺠The fluidized-bed drying was processed by layering the microorganisms on spherical pellets. ⺠Using pellets as carrier facilitated the processing of dried cells into solid formulations.
