Abstract
⺠Development/characterization of nanomultilayer coatings made of food-grade materials. ⺠Nanomultilayer coatings obtained by layer-by-layer deposition of pectin and chitosan. ⺠Nanomultilayer coatings reduced gas flow and extended the shelf-life of mangoes.
