Abstract
⺠Hesperidin and narirutin from citrus peels were successfully extracted using SWE. ⺠The maximum yields of these flavanones were obtained at 160 °C for 10 min of SWE. ⺠The hesperidin yield by SWE was more than 3.2-fold higher than those by methanol. ⺠The narirutin yield by SWE was more than 3.7-fold higher than those by hot water.
