Abstract
⺠Filtration is an alternative to separate insoluble solids from nejayote. ⺠In dosage 1:0.25, the diatomite forms river-like paths through the cake. ⺠In dosage 1:0.50, the solids form clusters, then filtration time increases. ⺠The relation of dosage is an important factor in the morphology of the filter cakes.
