Abstract
⺠Linear and non-linear viscoelastic behaviors of crosslinked starch/polysaccharide systems. ⺠Excess storage moduli, an indicative of specific interactions, from Parliene equation obtained. ⺠Arrangement of the starch granules and the specific interfacial interactions affects the large deformation behavior. ⺠Konjac glucomannan/xanthan mixture improves stress susceptibility and gives unique shear stiffening.
