Abstract
⺠Flow of aerated dairy systems through a nozzle was modelled. ⺠A microsystem described the behaviour of single bubbles and the surrounding medium. ⺠A macrosystem coupled together the single microsystems to describe the foam flow. ⺠Simulation results were compared to experimental data. ⺠A good agreement confirmed that the model is able to describe the investigated system.
