Abstract
⺠Low-temperature conditioning decreases heat-driven loss of essential oil during milling. ⺠SC CO2 extraction yield is higher in rapidly decompressed than milled boldo. ⺠Rapid decompression ruptures secretory cavities in boldo and improves CO2 extraction.
