Abstract
⺠The time-temperature superposition explored for mung bean starch and blends. ⺠The complex viscosity master curve fitted well with slight deviation. ⺠The elastic modulus superposition (Gâ²-Ï) failed to follow TTS. ⺠Gelatinization plays an important role for the failure of TTS.
