Abstract
► The rheological properties of siriguela (Spondias purpurea) pulp were firstly studied. ► The flow behavior was described by the HB model as function of temperature. ► The G′ and G″ were modeled as function of oscillatory frequency and temperature. ► A power modified Cox-Merz rule described the pulp rheological properties.
