Abstract
⺠The rheological properties of siriguela (Spondias purpurea) pulp were firstly studied. ⺠The flow behavior was described by the HB model as function of temperature. ⺠The GⲠand GⳠwere modeled as function of oscillatory frequency and temperature. ⺠A power modified Cox-Merz rule described the pulp rheological properties.
