Abstract
⺠There is potential for commercial scale production of fish gelatin films using extrusion. ⺠Solution casting method was compared with extrusion processing. ⺠Plasticizer content and extrusion temperature are important factors during extrusion. ⺠Moisture barrier properties of fish gelatin films was less affected by extrusion.
