Abstract
► Precipitation and encapsulation of rosemary antioxidants from ethanolic extracts by supercritical antisolvent process. ► High encapsulation efficiency in poloxamers (ca. 100%). ► Readily water soluble powder: 100% of antioxidants release in 1 h face 15% release from pure precipitate.
