Abstract
⺠Precipitation and encapsulation of rosemary antioxidants from ethanolic extracts by supercritical antisolvent process. ⺠High encapsulation efficiency in poloxamers (ca. 100%). ⺠Readily water soluble powder: 100% of antioxidants release in 1 h face 15% release from pure precipitate.
