Abstract
⺠Plant pretreatment and assisted extraction to solve mass transfer limitations. ⺠Rosmarinic acid rich aqueous extracts from deoiled and milled rosemary. ⺠Carnosic acid extraction is limited by inner mass transfer step and solubility. ⺠Carnosic acid extraction is improved by microwave assisted extraction with ethanol.
