Abstract
												⺠A new method for evaluating the black tea quality is proposed in this paper. ⺠The method employs the principle of cyclic voltammetry with platinum and glassy carbon as working electrode materials. ⺠Novelty of the technique is the use of artificial neural network on the data obtained from the entire voltammogram.
