Abstract
⺠Physical properties of baby food powders could be modified by agglomeration. ⺠Water vapour sorption isotherms of baby food powders had a sigmoidal shape. ⺠Water vapour adsorption rate was the highest at the beginning of process. ⺠Agglomeration improve instant properties and flowability.
