Abstract
⺠X-ray microtomography for the characterisation of microstructure of processed coffee beans. ⺠Quantitative image analysis of different types of processed coffee beans. ⺠Investigation on how the cultivation process affects the coffee bean microstructure. ⺠The results show that μCT is a suitable technique for microstructural analysis coffee beans.
