Abstract
⺠CFD model developed for a CSIRO flotation cell. ⺠Model incorporates bubble-particle collision, attachment and detachment. ⺠Balance is between attachments and detachments during flotation. ⺠Lower stirring speed is beneficial for less hydrophobic particles. ⺠Longer contact time is required to overcome longer induction time.
