Abstract
The successful regulation of CaCO3 via different fatty acids is discussed from the view of the deformation of the micelle when it is absorbed on the Ca(OH)2 particles and especially of the aggregation of extremely fine CaCO3 particles absorbed on the head groups of fatty acid under the driving force of high surface energy.
