Abstract
- Terraced houses are very widespread in Mediterranean countries.
- The paper identifies cost-effective technical solutions to reach the Net ZEB target.
- Most of these solutions just require a conscious management of the building.
- The aim is to suggest a standard for the design of low-rise residential Net ZEBs.
