Abstract
ⶠSoil porosity and hydraulic properties for arable land and grassland were studied. ⶠProperties of the A1, A2 and BT1 horizons at booth locations were different. ⶠPorosities and soil water retentions in grassland were higher than in arable land. ⶠGravitational pores were mostly eliminated in grassland. ⶠTherefore the Ks values in grassland were lower than in arable land.
