Abstract
⺠Mechanisms employed in 11 proposals have been compared. ⺠The matter of 'Equity and Justice' of reduction mechanism discussed. ⺠The historical emissions should be included or not makes difference among those proposals. ⺠Advanced countries are obliged to cooperate with the underdeveloped countries. ⺠Developing groups can fully enjoy their rights of survival and development.
