Abstract
⺠Ang II is involved in the pathogenesis of hypertension and regulation of reproduction. ⺠Hypertensive rats show inhibition of sexual behavior and spermatogenesis dysfunction. ⺠Losartan treatment prevents the changes in reproduction. ⺠Ang ll, acting through AT1 receptors, modulates reproductive function in hypertension.
