Abstract

âº We completed an experimental manipulation of cortisol using hormone implants. âº We examine how acute and chronic stress influence reproductive behavior. âº Our experiments observe reproductive physiology and outcome. âº Exogenous cortisol implants negatively influence survival and reproduction. âº Acute stress events do not influence survival and reproduction.
