Abstract
More studies have been done to understand job satisfaction than for any other variable in organizations. More particularly, our interest turns on female variable and its paradoxical relation with job satisfaction. Researches especially generate many questions about variables to take into account to state the determinant factors of the job satisfaction in this case. Recommendations for future work are presented.
