Abstract
												The use of HFO signatures to guide neocortical resections represents a novel approach for the treatment of epilepsy. It is hoped that the issues discussed herein will contribute to and advance meaningful dialog on the ethical application of this surgical innovation to the treatment of a very vulnerable patient population.
