Abstract
⺠A training course was developed to improve work with fathers in child protection. ⺠The course included Motivational Interviewing skills and awareness-raising. ⺠There was improvement in social workers' self-efficacy for work with fathers. ⺠There was an increase in self-reported engagement of non-abusive men on caseloads.
