Abstract
⺠Secondary data analysis of a national longitudinal child welfare data set ⺠Hispanic parents were most likely to receive services. ⺠African American parents were less likely to receive services than Whites. ⺠Caseworker's engaging activities reduced African American parents' receipt of services. ⺠Caseworker's engaging activities increased Hispanic parents' services receipt.
