Abstract
⺠Child welfare workers reported on the value of social work courses for practice. ⺠Ninety-percent stated intentions to pursue a Masters' degree in social work. ⺠Eighty-three percent stated they intended to stay in the child welfare field. ⺠Understanding the workplace and number of courses were associated with staying.
