Abstract
⺠We test the role of college savings on four-year college attendance among Hispanics. ⺠Parents' savings are significantly associated with four-year college attendance. ⺠The association between saving and attendance is mediated by youth's expectations. ⺠School characteristics do not moderate the effect of savings on college attendance.
