Abstract
⺠Clinimetric properties of the Pediatric Balance Scale (PBS) in children with cerebral palsy (CP) were determined. ⺠The PBS was moderately responsive to change in children with CP. ⺠The PBS showed fair-to-excellent concurrent validity and predictive validity with GMFM-66 and WeeFIM. ⺠Minimal detectable change (MDC) in PBS was measured. ⺠Minimal clinically important change (MCID) in PBS was measured.
