Abstract
► Age affects the learning curve of manual dexterity during mCIMT in children with UCP. ► Gender, affected side and manual ability do not influence this motor learning curve. ► Most children < 5 years reach a maximum dexterity score within 54 h of mCIMT. ► Children of 5 years and older might profit from more than 54 h of mCIMT. ► Beneficial effects of mCIMT are retained at one year post intervention.
