Abstract
⺠Age affects the learning curve of manual dexterity during mCIMT in children with UCP. ⺠Gender, affected side and manual ability do not influence this motor learning curve. ⺠Most children < 5 years reach a maximum dexterity score within 54 h of mCIMT. ⺠Children of 5 years and older might profit from more than 54 h of mCIMT. ⺠Beneficial effects of mCIMT are retained at one year post intervention.
