Abstract
⺠Adolescents with CP participate most often in social and recreational activities. ⺠They participate less frequently in self-improvement and skill-based activities. ⺠Participation in leisure activities decreases as adolescents grow older. ⺠Greater motor limitations are associated with lower levels of participation. ⺠Understanding leisure patterns and preferences is important for health promotion.
