Abstract
⺠Longer restraint hours were predictive of better motor capacity after pediatric constraint-induced therapy (CIT). ⺠Longer restraint hours were predictive of better functional performance. ⺠This study supported “the-earlier-the-better” rule of pediatric CIT. ⺠Age and restraint time were better predictors than initial hand impairment.
