Abstract
⺠ABA tutors and school teachers completed an Implicit Relational Assessment Procedure. ⺠All participants produced more negative biases towards children with autism. ⺠Increased negativity correlated with increased reports of burnout for the ABA tutors. ⺠Implicit measures of attitudes may provide a marker for professional burnout.
