Abstract
⺠We identified two distinct phenotypes among children and adolescents with 22q11DS. ⺠Type-1: impaired verbal memory, lower intellectual and academic ability. ⺠Type-1: reduced total brain volume and presented with autism-spectrum traits. ⺠Type-2: more 22q11DS-typical face morphology. ⺠Type-2: executive function deficits, but high functioning cognition and behaviour.
