Abstract
⺠Contralateral cerebellar activation is observed within the sensorimotor network. ⺠The insula-cerebellar crus I/II connection is engaged in body awareness. ⺠Active movements reveal increased brain activation in CP compared to TD children. ⺠Active movements recruit more brain activation than passive movements. ⺠Active movements exhibit more brain activation than tactile stimulation.
