Abstract
⺠Trunk control was studied in a large cohort of children with CP by use of the TCMS. ⺠Both static and dynamic aspects of trunk control are impaired in children with CP. ⺠The extent of the trunk impairment differs between topographies and GMFCS levels. ⺠The findings of the study further support the discriminative value of the TCMS. ⺠The findings of the study provide specific clues for treatment interventions.
